Sand company fined for spill

Do you believe that Superior Silica Sands is going to pay their fine for spilling wash water into Trout Creek. The violation is caused by the water used not blenched, allowing water flow into storm water retention dam. Although this action does not kill any fish in the dam directly, but the penalty for water pollution is good enough to sue the company.
